% 22.10.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though interim protection was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court, but in the meantime, chargesheet has been filed on behalf of State. Petitioner is thereafter stated to have been admitted to bail by the learned trial court on presentation of the chargesheet. In the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the application for bail.
Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, application is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
