1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 196/2024 under Section 332(2)/74/75/79/115(2)/351(2) BNS registered at PS Kishangarh, Delhi.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the complainant were known to each other and were thinking of marrying each other. Learned counsel further submits that though the petitioner and the complainant were married earlier, their respective marriages‟ have come to an end. Learned counsel submits that on account of some misunderstanding, the unfortunate incident has happened. It has further been submitted that the chargesheet has already been filed and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

3. Learned APP for the State has strongly opposed the bail application. The learned APP submits that the allegations made in the FIR are very serious in nature which has duly been confirmed by the prosecutrix in her statement under Section 164 Cr.PC. Learned APP for the State submits that allegedly, the petitioner trespassed the house of the complainant and gave merciless beatings and also outraged her modesty. Learned APP states that her friend Annu was also beaten along with the victim.

4. The complainant is present alongwith her friend Annu. The complainant states that she is in a relationship for more than one year with the petitioner. The complainant also states that the she wants to continue her relationship with the petitioner. Since the charge sheet has already been filed and the trial may take long time and taking into the contentions of the complainant before the Court, let the petitioner be admitted to Court bail on furnishing of a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court with the following conditions; a. The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case;

b. The petitioner shall provide his/her mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and keep it operational at all times; c. The petitioner shall remain available on the given address at the time of furnishing bail bond and shall not leave NCT of Delhi without the permission of the learned Trial Court. d. In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the appellant shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/ Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
