Shweta Wadhawan is present in Court alongwith her counsel and has been identified by SI Ravi Yadav of Police Station Kotla Mubarak Pur. Petitioner was tenant of Respondent no. 2 and a quarrel took place between them on adjustment of the advance money paid for security purpose.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before Mediation Centre, Saket Courts on 13.10.2017, therefore, FIR No.935/2014 under Sections 323/354/451/506 IPC registered at police station Kotla Mubarak Pur may be quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating thereform are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
