This application is filed seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 4 week, pursuant to interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 12th September 2024 in context of surgery for removal of the gallbladder of the petitioner's wife.

The surgery was originally scheduled for 14th September, 2024. Counsel for petitioner states that release orders could only be obtained from the Jail on 19th September 2024 and as such petitioner could not be released till after the date of surgery. Accordingly, the surgery has now been rescheduled for 10th October 2024 and seeks extension of interim bail for the said purpose.

In view same, interim bail is extended till 12th October 2024, on the same terms and conditions.
