The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the proceedings under Section 84 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') have already been initiated against the applicant. 2.

He submits that, in such circumstances, the present application seeking pre-arrest bail is not maintainable. 3.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file an appropriate petition challenging the proceedings under Section 84 of the BNSS.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
