This application has been filed on behalf of the Applicant seeking regular bail in case FIR No.201/2021 dated 23.11.2021 under Sections 363/ 354/376/506 IPC and Sections 6/10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ('POCSO Act') registered at PS: Defence Colony.

Learned APP for the State has handed over a copy of the order on sentence dated 05.03.2024, reading of which makes it evident that Applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/354/506 IPC and Section 10 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for 7 years and fine of Rs.10,000/- under Section 10 of the POCSO Act and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for three months; imprisonment for 10 years and fine of Rs.10,000/- under Section 366 IPC and in default of payment of fine, to BAIL APPLN. 99/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. undergo simple imprisonment for three months; and imprisonment for 2 years and fine of Rs.5,000/- under Section 506 IPC and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for one month. It was directed that all the sentences shall run concurrently. Copy of the order is taken on record. Copy has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the Applicant.

In view of the fact that the Applicant has since been convicted and been sentenced, present application is rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
