The petitioner is assailing impugned order dated 16.09.2023 passed by the learned ADJ-04, (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the application of the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) has been dismissed. 5.

The petitioner is present in the Court. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present civil revision petition.
