Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.859/2024, dated 04.07.2024, registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar, for offences under Sections 110/115(2)/126(2)/333/351(3)/232(1)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
