It is informed that the matter is pending before the Supreme Court in SLP no. 2876/2024; on 11th October 2024, notice was issued and operation of the impugned order was stayed.

An SLP had been moved by the Punjab and Sindh Bank against the dismissal of the LPA. By the LPA, Division Bench, dismissed the challenge against the judgment dated 03rd February 2023 passed in W.P (C) 11034/2017.

Mr. Rajat Arora, counsel for respondent, states that they will fully comply with whatever directions are given by the Supreme Court. 4.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the petition, subject to the orders passed by the Supreme Court. 5.
