Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that chargesheet has already been filed on 25.04.2018, and in terms of the decision of the Supreme Court delivered by judgment dated 27.03.2018 in SLP (Crl.) 1428/2018 titled Satpal Singh vs. State of Punjab, the accused would be required to seek regular bail, the present petition has become infructous.

In view of the above, the present petition, seeking to challenge the order granting anticipatory bail to the respondent No.2, is, dismissed as infructuous.
