This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.292/2019 registered at Police Station: Hzt Nizamuddin under Sections 279/337 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with all other proceedings arising therefrom.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.2.5 lacs to the respondent no.2 in view of the settlement.

has not settled the disputes with the petitioner. She submits that the above amount has been received towards the medical expenses already incurred by her, and she is still under treatment. 5.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prays for liberty to withdraw the present petition. 7.
