The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1976 seeks the following prayers: - "In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondents 1 and 2 for their wilful and intentional breach and violation of the judgement dated 14.12.2022 in its entirety passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P(C) No. 2424/2022 titled as "Varona Sharma vs. Managing Committee, Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar School". It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be deem to pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
