This present appeal has been filed by the appellant/plaintiff assailing the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by learned District Judge, North-west, Rohini District Court, Delhi in an application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in CS (DJ) No. 44 of 2019, whereby the application for interim injunction was only partially allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/defendants submit that they have no intention either to carry out any further construction in the property or to create any third party interest in the said property. The said submission is taken on record.
4. The impugned order of injunction granted is modified whereby, both sides are directed to maintain status quo and not create any third party interest in the property or make any new constructions in the property till the matter is finally disposed of by the trial court.
