The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing FIR No.391/2020 dated 05.11.2020 registered at Police Station KN Katju Marg for offences under Section 498A, 406 & 34 IPC on the ground that the parties have entered into settlement.

It is stated that in terms of the Settlement dated 05.08.2024, first motion proceedings have taken place and the second motion proceedings are still pending.

When this Court gave a suggestion to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners should approach this Court for quashing of the instant FIR after the second motion is passed so that the terms of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
