% 14.05.2026 I.A. 13446/2026 (Seeking withdrawal of the petition by petitioner) 1.

The present Application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking withdrawal of the present Petition, being O.M.P. (COMM) 18/2024, in view of the disputes between the parties having been amicably settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas-III Scheme.

The Applicant/Petitioner also seeks appropriate directions to the Registry of this Court for the release of the amount deposited, pursuant to the Order dated 09.01.2025, along with up-to-date interest, vide Demand Draft No. 226733 dated 13.02.2024, in favour of the learned Registrar General of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner submits that, in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the amount deposited with the Registry is liable to be released in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. favour of the Applicant/Petitioner.

It is further submitted that, upon such release, Applicant/the Petitioner shall remit the amounts payable to the NonApplicant/Respondent in accordance with the settlement terms within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of such release. 5.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the deposited amount, along with accrued interest, in favour of the Applicant's/Petitioner's bank account, the details of which are as follows:

The present Application stands disposed of in the above terms. O.M.P. (COMM) 18/2024 7.

In view of the Application, being I.A. 13446/2026, seeking withdrawal of the present Petition, having been allowed by this Court, the present Petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the settlement arrived at as inter se the parties.
