The present petition impugns an order dated 09.08.2023 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, North-West District, Rohini Court, New Delhi. By the impugned order, the tenanted premises at 343, main road, Shalimar Village, Delhi-110088 [hereinafter referred to as "subject premises"] has been directed to be vacated by the learned Trial Court.

Admittedly, the possession of the subject premises has been restored to the Respondent/landlord.

The Petitioner is physically present in the Court today. 4.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate civil proceedings in accordance with law.
