The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not aggrieved by the direction to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/-, however, he is aggrieved by the findings in Paragraph 9 of the judgment impugned herein, which according to the Petitioner is beyond the scope of the MTP Act and beyond the jurisdiction of the NCDRC.

If there is an error apparent on the face of the record, it is for the Petitioner to approach the NCDRC and file a review petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to file a review petition limited to this aspect. Permission and liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a review visa-vis Paragraph 9 of the impugned judgment. 4.
