The matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared a holiday on account of the 350th anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day'.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that while passing the Impugned Order, the learned Tribunal placed extensive reliance on the Order dated 03.02.2023, passed in O.A. No. 3813/2018 titled Rahul Singh Rathore v. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board & Anr. The Writ petition challenging the said Judgment has since been dismissed by this Court vide Judgment dated 28.08.2025, titled DSSSB & Anr. v. Rahul Singh Rathore, 2025:DHC:7462-DB. As the issue raised in the present petition had already been considered and rejected in Rahul Singh Rathore (Supra), we find no merit in the present petition. The same, along with the pending application, is accordingly dismissed.
