Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 22nd August, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 11483/2024, wherein the appellant's (petitioner therein) application bearing CM APPL. No.47677 seeking stay of the order dated 30th July, 2024 passed by the Disciplinary Committee of the respondent no.1-IBBI suspending the registration of the appellant as an insolvency professional for a period of one year, was dismissed.

Though the plea of locus as well as limitation is strenuously urged before us, yet keeping in view of the fact that the impugned order is an interim order, this Court disposes of the present appeal by pre-poning the date of hearing before learned Single Judge.

List before the learned Single Judge on 14th October, 2024. The parties are directed to complete the pleadings before the next date of hearing.

This Court requests the learned Single Judge to dispose of the underlying writ petition as expeditiously as possible. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
