The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"i). allow the present petition and call for the trial court record of Crl. Rev.No.194/2022 titled as "Sumit Nanda Vs. M/s Total Engine Management Services Pvt. Ltd." as well as records of C.C. no.537316/16 titled as "M/s Total Engine Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s Fahrenheit Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., pending before the Ld. M.M.

ii) set aside/quash impugned judgment dated 22.08.2023 passed by the Court of Sh. Sanjay Sharma-II, Ld.ASJ-03, Distt. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Crl. Rev.No.194/2022 titled as "Sumit Nanda Vs. M/s Total Engine Management Services Pvt. Ltd." and allow the criminal revision petition of the Petitioner as prayed for therein and the summoning order dated 8.9.2016 passed by the Ld.M.M. against the Petitioner, in the interest of justice.

iii) Any other or such further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may Delhi deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent."
