This is a petition seeking enforcement of the award dated 19.11.2019 passed by the MSME Facilitation Council.

The award is for a sum of Rs. 2,74,17,495/- including interest as per Section 16 of the M.S.M.E.D. Act, 2006.

Mr. Jetley, learned CGSC, on instructions of Mr. B.B. Vaid, DIG, NDRF, who is present in Court today, states that the up-to-date amount as per the award shall be deposited with the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court within 4 weeks from today. 4.

On deposit of the amount, the decree holder is entitled to withdraw the same subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General of Delhi High Court.
