O R D E R

% 22.02.2016 Disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 15.01.2016, duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is placed on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. In terms of the settlement, the plaintiff has received the payment and wishes to withdraw the suit. The settlement is, accordingly, accepted and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the settlement.
