The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that they have since resolved their disputes and the decree stands discharged on payment of ₹ 12,14,800/-.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has received an amount of Rs. 2 lakhs by RTGS and has now received a demand draft bearing no. 081096 dated 30.03.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of Tecknoweld Alloys (India) Pvt. Ltd, for the remaining amount of Rs. 10,14,800/- in Court. 3.

In view of the above, the decree stands satisfied. No further amounts are due to the respondent in terms of the impugned judgment and decree. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not press the present appeal. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
