1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that instead of pressing the present petition at this stage, the appellant will approach the learned Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (Tribunal) for clarification and further orders including a prayer for waiver of the pre-deposit directed under the impugned order.

2. As prayed for, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed by granting liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned Tribunal, which application, when moved, will be considered as per law.
