This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0635/2022 registered at Police Station: Najafgarh, Dwarka, Delhi under Sections 323/341/506/427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').

The parties have inter alia settled their disputes and have executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 20.01.2023 recording the terms thereof.

Keeping in view the above, and the principles laid down by the Supreme Court in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab, (2012) 10 SCC 303; Parbathai Aahir @ Parbatbhai Bimsinh Karmur & Ors. v. State of Gujarat & Ors., (2017) 9 SCC 641 and State of Haryana & Ors. v. Bhajan Lal & Ors. 1992 Supp (1) SCC 335, the FIR No. 0635/2022 registered at Police Station: Najafgarh, Dwarka Delhi under Sections 323/341/506/427 IPC and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The parties shall abide by the terms of the aforesaid Settlement/ Memorandum of Understanding.
