% 26.05.2016 Plaintiff has not filed list of witnesses and affidavit by way of evidence.

Perusal of the plaint shows that the suit has been valued at Rs.1,20,01,400/- for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction. Hence, the suit is liable to be transferred to District Courts for further adjudication. The suit property is situated at Kasturba Gandhi Road, which falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 28th July, 2016 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District

Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
