Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 submits that cause title in the present Petition is not in accordance with the practice directions dated 09.01.2023 which reads as follows:

"In any writ petition which is filed assailing the order/award passed by the learned labour court or any other statutory authority where the workman is a contesting respondent, the petitioner will be required to array the workman as respondent no.1 so that the workman is easily able to locate the writ petition in the cause list"

1.1 Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 further submits that she has not received a copy of the complete paper book. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the appropriate Petition in accordance with the practice directions and orders passed by this Court from time to time in this regard.
