This is a civil revision petition under Section 115 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), moved on behalf of the petitioners, who are defendants in the suit pending before the learned Trial Court. The petitioners are challenging the impugned order dated 20.11.2023 whereby the application under Order VII Rule 11 r/w Section 151 CPC r/w Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 was dismissed.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners requests that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition in view of the bar created vide Section 8 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
