A reading of the prayer clause shows that the Petitioner has in one writ petition laid a challenge to the adverse remarks in the Annual Confidential Reports as also challenged the disciplinary proceedings by challenging the suspension, chargesheet and the inquiry report, which, in my view, is misjoinder of causes of action.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition to file separate petitions for different causes of action. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application, with liberty as prayed for.
