Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to our notice an email communication dated 20.09.2024 made to the petitioner by the Joint Director, DRZ (West) and has submitted that in view of the aforesaid communication, the writ petition itself has been rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the aforesaid email communication whereby the petitioner's security agency has been removed from dis-empanelment list, the petition has served its purpose and has been rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
