Having considered the submissions made in the applications being CM APPL 54859/2024 and CM APPL 54860/2024, the Court is of the considered opinion that the applicant is entitled to raise all the issues raised in these applications before the appellate authority of Delhi Cantonment Board, where the original writ petitioners have been relegated vide order dated 09.09.2024.

It is to be noted that this Court has not expressed any view/opinion on the merits of the submission raised in these applications or otherwise. 3.

Let the appellate authority to consider the submissions raised by the parties herein, in accordance with law.
