The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- A. Pass an Order allowing the present Petition and issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Enforcement Directorate to release it's attachment over Property being Commercial property at village Maidawas, Sector 66, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Complex name M3M Cosmopolitan, Unit noCOS/C/3L/Office/l l, on the 3rd Floor, Area - 76.64 Sq. Mtr. In favour of the Petitioner Company and in lieu thereof accept an Fixed Deposit Receipt for a sum of Rs.28,44,690/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs Forty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety only); B. Pass any other Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interests of justice and equity."

Mr. Akarsh Mishra, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent-Directorate of Enforcement submits that on petitioner depositing FDR for a sum of Rs.28,44,690/-, the property in question shall be released. 3.
