Vide this petition, the petitioners are seeking setting aside of impugned order dated 31.07.2024 passed by learned Tribunal. Petitioners are further seeking directions to respondents not to disengage their services during the pendency of OA No.2955/2024 before the learned Tribunal. 2.

Vide order dated 06.09.2024, the petitioners were directed continue to attend their job and the respondents are directed to allow the petitioners to mark their attendance which shall be subject to instructions to be taken by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Today, learned standing counsel for respondents, on instructions, submits that beyond 31.07.2024, there is no extension in services of the W.P.(C) 12502/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioners whereas the case of the petitioners is that they have been working for the last 18 years continuously and for the last 8 years, there is no break in their services.

On this aspect, learned standing counsel for respondent seeks time to obtain instructions and file an affidavit as to whether the services of the petitioners are not required and for how much time, their services are not required.

At this stage, learned standing counsel for respondents submits that since OA is still pending before the learned Tribunal, the stand of the respondents shall be put forth before the learned Tribunal. 6.

In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

Learned Tribunal is at liberty to decide the OA pending before it. Till the said OA is decided, the para 7 of the order dated 06.09.2024 shall continue to remain in force.
