The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner without disclosing the fate of the earlier writ petition bearing W.P. (C) 9944/2024. Admittedly, the same petitioner with respect to the same property has approached this Court in the said writ petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution. The petitioner in all fairness should have disclosed the aforesaid aspect.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to pass any directions at the instance of the present petitioner.
