This application has been filed jointly by the parties under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under an agreement dated 07.11.2019. The Tribunal was constituted by an order of this Court dated 04.12.2020 in ARB.P. 489/2020 and ARB.P. 490/2020.

The award has been reserved, and learned counsel for the parties seek an extension of the mandate of the learned Tribunal until 31.01.2024 for making the award.

The application is allowed and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended until 31.01.2024.
