% 06.04.2016 The matter has been listed today on office note. Vide order dated 04.03.2016, the Hon'ble Court while dismissing the writ petition imposed cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from the date of the said order. However, the Registry has reported that the cost of Rs.50,000/- has not been deposited by the petitioner.

The concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate is directed to recover the cost of Rs.50,000/- from the petitioner and deposit the same with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee in terms of order dated 04.03.2016.

A report to that effect be also filed by the concerned

Sub Divisional Magistrate before the next date. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order dated 04.03.2016 as well as the present order to the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate for compliance. List again on 16.05.2016.
