The Petitioner's property bearing Shop No. 7, D-42, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi-110095, has been sealed by Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board.1 The Petitioner has made a representation dated 02nd August, 2024, against the afore-noted action, which is pending consideration. 2.

In the opinion of the Court, before considering the Petitioner's grievance, it would be appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing DUSIB to decide Petitioner's representation through a speaking order within four weeks from today.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. If any decision is made adverse to the Petitioner's representation, Petitioner is free to take 1 "DUSIB"
