Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to add relevant Sections of POCSO Act in FIR No.0688/2024 under Sections 74/76/3(5)/ 115(2) BNS, registered against the Respondents at PS: Paschim Vihar (West), Delhi and transfer the investigations to some independent agency like Crime Branch or CBI.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Chargesheet already stands filed.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.

Considering that the Chargesheet has already been filed, nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of along with pending Applications.
