The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, petitioner no.1 has been abducted by Respondent No.3 to 5 who are the family members of petitioner No.1 and had not accepted her marriage with petitioner No.2.

The learned counsel for respondent no.3 to 5 disputes the said fact.
