By way of present petition, the petitioners seek directions to the police for providing protection during the installation of CCTV cameras. 2.

Since the petitioners have already preferred civil proceedings by way of CS SCJ No.1020/2023 wherein on an application filed by the petitioners under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 Cr.P.C, a status quo order has already been passed vide order dated 04.11.2023.

As the petitioners have already availed their remedy and the Trial Court is already seized of the matter, the prayer made in this petition can be urged before the concerned Trial Court.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
