% 08.08.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record copy of orders dated 29.05.2018 and 04.07.2018 passed by the Company Court in CO.PET. 449/2016 Nitya Kukreja v. ABW Infrastructure Limited and submits that the Company has been ordered to proceed to winding up through an Official Liquidator who is directed to take over all the assets, books of accounts and records of the respondent Company. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file him claim before the Official Liquidator.
