This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the Applicant for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.228/2022 dated 28.05.2022 registered under Section 354 IPC and Sections 6/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ('POCSO Act') at P.S. Tigri. Subsequently, Sections 366A/370/376/120-B/201/506 IPC and Section 17 of POCSO Act were added in the charge sheet.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant at this stage seeks to withdraw this application, since the matter before the Trial Court is at the stage of recording the evidence of the prosecutrix, with liberty to approach the Court, after the evidence of the prosecutrix is concluded.
