On the first date of hearing, considering that the impugned order directing registration of FIR is revisable, the liberty was granted to the petitioner to press the relief before the Revisional Court. 2.

Today, during the course of hearing, it is informed that at this stage no additional documents are to be referred and the impugned order is challenged on merits.

At this stage, Mr. Uppal, Ld. Senior Counsel, on instructions, submits that prayer (b) is only a consequent relief to prayers (a) and (c), the prayers (a) and (c) shall be pressed before the learned Sessions Court in the revision already filed. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
