At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the parties state that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement dated 20.08.2025 before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is stated that the copy of the settlement agreement has been placed on record. The statements of the parties are also taken on record. The parties are made bound by the terms of the settlement arrived at between them. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal along with pending applications is disposed of.
