% 20.09.2018 Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled. In terms of the settlement, the appellant has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.4.0 lakhs to the counsel for the School. Mr. Chhabra has also handed over two cheques bearing no.510543 dated 31.08.2018 for a sum of Rs.6,58,751/- and bearing no.510544 dated 31.08.2018 for a sum of Rs.2,02,527/-, both drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, St.Stephens Hospital Branch, Tis Hazari, Delhi for a total sum of Rs.8,61,278/- payable to the appellant. The amounts so received and paid are in full and final settlement, which includes the pension and other benefits with respect to the appellant and the dues payable to the School. Mr.Saini submits that in case any further amount is due, the appellant would seek such remedy as available in accordance with law. With these agreed terms, the appeal stands disposed of.
