Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The petitioner shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules before the next date of hearing.

The application is disposed of.

The Local Commissioner has filed a report which shows that there are some materials which could be belonging to the petitioner. 5.

The same are prima facie views of the Local Commissioner. 6.

The respondent is at liberty to take a copy of the Local Commissioner's report from the Court in accordance with High Court Practice Directions.

The respondent has not accepted the report of the Local Commissioner and shall be entitled to put his response/objections to the report of the Local Commissioner before the learned Arbitrator.
