In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi on 26.04.2016.
