The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") to demolish the illegal Chabutra/encroachment raised by respondent no. 5, in property bearing no. E-97, Kamla Nagar, Delhi - 110007. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the MCD submits that the property was sealed by the MCD initially. Subsequently, a representation was received from the owner/occupier of the property in question, who submitted that the shop in question was being operated since the year 1962. After verification of the facts, the said premises, was subsequently de-sealed. He further submits that the encroachment, that was existing on the ground floor, has already been demolished by the MCD. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the action taken by the MCD and do not wish to pursue the present matter.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as having been satisfied.
