% 06.05.2016 In view of the notification No.2718/DHC/Orgl. dated 25.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts for further proceedings before the competent court on 05.09.2016.

The defendants represented by Mr. Malhotra may file the quarterly statement of accounts before the date of listing of the matter before the District Judge concerned. However, copies thereof shall be served as per the order dated 01.03.2013 punctually. It is further made clear that the directions contained in paragraph 6 of the order dated 15.10.2015 issued to the Local Commissioner shall now be considered by the Court itself since the evidence will now be recorded by the Court.
