1. The present writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in a batch of Original Applications.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the connected writ petitions including W.P.(C) 16662/2023 assailing the very same impugned order already stand rejected on 22.12.2023.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ petition alongwith pending applications is also dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C) 16662/2023.
